Leeway has just been awarded two new projects with ADCO Constructions. The first being the Woolworths Seacrest Shopping  Centre in Geraldton and the other being the new Phoenix Shopping Complex with an Aldi Supermarket. Leeway has developed a great relationship with ADCO Constructions over the last six years and is pleased to be associated with them on these two projects.

Leeway is mid-way through the new Lakelands Shopping Centre near Mandurah. What is now a $3.5 million contract we look forward to completing our scope in late June 2017. This project was awarded to Leeway by Focus Building after successful completion of the Caversham Shopping Centre Project also for Focus.

We have been awarded a new Office development in Mirrabooka worth approx. $500,000.00 for Castlerock which is a Melbourne Based Funds Manager / Developer and Builder. Works are due to commence on site in early October with completion due by the 3rd quarter of 2017.

Works are due to commence on the "Youth With A Mission" apartment development in East Perth for Pyramid Constructions and completion is due mid 2017. We are pleased to renew our relationship with Pyramid on this project.

The Isuzu Truck Service and Sales Centre is nearing completion with Perkins TPD.

Leeway has recently completed the Velo Apartments Project in Northbridge and the St Peters Apartments in Victoria Park for Resolute Constructions. We are nearing completion of the Tempo Apartments in North Coogee also for Resolute.

Two new schools worth approx. $2.0m in Landsdale and Alkimos for the BP Joint Venture are due for completion in early October 2016.
